MADRID, March 12 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Levante had to settle for a point in the 0-0 draw against Albacete this Sunday on matchday 31 of LaLiga SmartBank, despite the siege that signed on the rival playing with one more throughout the second half, while Granada saved a draw (2-2) in minute 96 against Ponferredina, both teams looking for direct promotion.
The ‘granota’ team forgave a good opportunity to move closer to second place, third, five points behind a Las Palmas team that had drawn against Málaga on Saturday. The double yellow that Maikel Mesa saw just before the break served the script for the local siege in the City of Valencia, but without aim against a closed opponent. To the manchegos it is worth it to consolidate the sixth place.
For their part, Granada, fourth with the same 55 points as Levante, avoided the first defeat of the season at home in discount thanks to a great free-kick from Alberto Perea. The Andalusian team dominated Ponferradina smoothly from Uzuni’s 1-0 draw, but in two minutes, Pascanu and Yuri turned the score around, with 10 remaining. Perea kept the undefeated record of Los Cármenes.
In addition, the day left this Sunday the slowdown of Cartagena against an Andorra that thrashed them (0-3) at home and another bad image of Leganés, thrashed by Real Zaragoza (3-0). A different dynamic from that of Mirandés, who triumphed (3-4) at Molinón, despite ending up suffering with a Sporting team that sees relegation close.
