MADRID, March 13 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The German Felix Zwayer will be in charge of refereeing this Wednesday the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 match between Real Madrid and Liverpool at the Santiago Bernabéu (9:00 p.m.), UEFA reported on Monday.
Zwayer, 41, will direct a match for the white team for the second time in the highest continental competition. In the only precedent with him as the main referee, the madridistas thrashed Galatasaray (6-0) on matchday four of the group stage of the 2019-20 season.
For his part, the Englishman Anthony Taylor will deliver justice in the other ‘Champions’ duel on Wednesday, the one that faces Napoli and Eintracht Frankfurt at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium (9:00 p.m.).
