MADRID, March 10 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Spanish Federation of Sports for People with Physical Disabilities (FEDDF) has announced this Friday the incorporation of Manuel Pacheco Muñoz, current president and coach of the Club Flamencos Amputado Sur, as the new Spanish soccer coach for amputees, replacing Mikel Valmaseda.
“Manuel Pacheco Muñoz, currently president and coach of the Club Flamencos Amputados Sur, is the new Spanish soccer coach for amputees, replacing Mikel Valmaseda, who led the national team in the last World Cup,” the FEDDF said in a statement.
With a degree in Physical Education from the University of Granada, and a Master’s in team sports training from the University of Barcelona, Manuel Pacheco worked with the national team from 2018 to 2022 as assistant coach under the previous coach, Cristian Rodríguez.
