With a total of 9,931,000 contacts, 21.5% of the population, the match was by far the most watched of the day of all the television offerings and was the second most watched program of the year of all the channels, behind the previous Classic.
The golden minute had 6,323,000 followers, with a 43.3% share and made the chain the leader of ‘prime time’ with 30%. According to La 1, it is the Copa del Rey match with the highest record since May 25, 2019. And it is the Real Madrid-Barcelona classic with the highest quota since August 2017.
In addition, the match was followed on RTVE Play by 651,797 viewers and registered 1.38 million views. It surpassed the first leg match on March 2 by adding 7.6% of viewers and thus became the most watched live event of the year on RTVE Play.
